Walk & Talk Therapy™ for Busy Adults
Short on time? Balancing too many activities? Just don't have any *you* time? Walk & Talk Therapy may be right for you. Lace up your sneakers for this unique combination of mental and physical wellbeing. It's a specialized service in which you and your therapist meet outside at a convenient location for a 40 minute session on the go. Talk through life stresses, partner issues, family challenges, and more while getting valuable exercise and clarity of thought. Sessions may take place any time of day, and are popular at lunchtime for busy professionals.
Walk & Talk Therapy™ for Teens
Sometimes teens just need to get out of the house. It can be hard to do virtual therapy at home around family, and therapy offices can seem stuffy and uncomfortable. Teen Walk & Talk Therapy allows teens to get out of the house and into their thoughts with a safe, nonjudging teen therapist. Sessions take place close to home and in communication with parents.
